Understanding 1xBet’s Terms & Conditions
General Terms

If these terms are updated, existing users may choose to discontinue using the products and services before the update takes effect, which will be at least two weeks after the announcement. While the Terms of Service may be available in multiple languages, the English version prevails over any translations.

Restrictions on Betting
The following individuals are prohibited from placing bets:
- Those under the age of 18 at the time of placing a bet.
- Individuals directly involved in events being wagered on, such as athletes, coaches, referees, club owners, or management, as well as anyone acting on their behalf.
- Representatives of other bookmakers.
- Individuals with gambling addiction issues.
- Those legally prohibited from entering into agreements with a bookmaker.
Regional Restrictions
Access to and use of the website, including its products and services, may be restricted in certain countries (e.g., the USA, the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, etc.). The availability of the website in a given country or its display in that country’s official language does not imply authorization for its use. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the website complies with local laws.
If we determine that a user resides in a jurisdiction where our website is not permitted, we reserve the right to close their account and refund any remaining balance, minus any winnings accrued after the last deposit.
Betting Rules
The bookmaker may refuse bets from users who violate these terms. Bets may also be refused without explanation if they contradict public order or ethical standards.
- All bets are settled based on data from the processing center.
- Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days from the official announcement of results.
- A bet is considered won if all predicted outcomes are correct.
- Betting odds, handicaps, totals, and stake limits may change after a bet is placed, but this does not affect the terms at the time of placement.
Error Handling and Technical Issues
- If a technical failure occurs (e.g., interrupted live streams), esports live bets will be refunded only if the event did not take place or if the bet was not settled.
- If an error is made when accepting a bet (e.g., obvious misprints, incorrect odds), or if a bet violates the rules, the bookmaker reserves the right to void the bet and settle it at odds of 1.
- If suspicious betting patterns suggest match-fixing or foul play, the bookmaker may block bets until an investigation is completed and declare bets invalid if wrongdoing is confirmed.
Fair Play and Integrity
1xBet is committed to fair play and recognizes that the manipulation of sporting events (e.g., match-fixing, corruption) is linked to criminal activity. The company adheres to the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No.215) and relevant legislation.
If foul play is suspected—such as intentional losses, match-fixing, or account misuse—the bookmaker may void bets and restrict access. If these rules are updated, customers will be notified, and all bets placed after the update will be subject to the revised rules.
Liability and Complaints
- No connection failures while confirming a bet will result in cancellation.
- Placing a bet confirms the user’s acceptance of the betting rules.
- Settlements and winnings are based solely on official results declared by the bookmaker.
- Complaints regarding event results, dates, or starting times will only be considered if accompanied by official documentation from relevant sports federations.
- Errors in team names, player names, or tournament titles do not entitle users to refunds.
Updates and Account Management
The bookmaker reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
Users are responsible for understanding the risks associated with gambling, including the potential for losses. Deposits and withdrawals can be managed through the “My Account” section.
General Betting Regulations
- The bookmaker accepts bets based on a predefined list of betting markets, with odds reflecting the estimated probability of each outcome.
- The minimum stake per selection is set at $0.30/€0.20.
- The bookmaker determines both minimum and maximum stake limits for each selection individually. These limits vary depending on the sport and specific event. If an accumulator (system) bet includes multiple legs with different stake limits, the lowest maximum stake limit will apply.
- The maximum payout per bet is capped at €50,000 (or the equivalent in another currency).
- The bookmaker reserves the right to adjust stake limits and odds for certain markets, increase or reduce maximum stake limits, and impose restrictions on individual customers without prior notice or explanation.
- If multiple bets are placed on the same outcome or combination of outcomes but with different odds, and the total stake exceeds the set maximum, the bookmaker may declare them void. These bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.
- A bet is considered accepted only after it has been registered on the server and confirmed online. Once registered, bets cannot be modified or canceled.
- Bets are only accepted if the customer’s account balance is sufficient to cover the stake. Upon bet registration, the stake is deducted, and any winnings will be credited after settlement.
- Bets must be placed before the event starts. The event’s date, start time, and details provided in the Sports section are for reference only. If a bet is placed after the event has started, it will be considered void, except for in-play (live) bets, which remain valid until the match ends.
- SPORTS and LIVE bets cannot be changed or deleted, except in the specific cases outlined in paragraphs 10-14.
- If a single bet is canceled, the stake is refunded. For accumulator and system bets, any canceled leg(s) will be removed from settlement, and the remaining bets will stand.
- If a bet is settled incorrectly due to an input error (e.g., mistaken result entry), it will be recalculated. However, bets placed between the erroneous settlement and recalculation will still be considered valid. If recalculating a bettor’s account results in a negative balance, no further bets can be placed until a sufficient deposit is made.
- An event is only considered rescheduled or canceled if officially announced by the event organizer, official sports federation websites, sports club websites, or other recognized sports information sources. The Sports section will be updated accordingly.
- A bet will be voided if the customer deliberately provides false information to mislead bookmaker staff regarding betting details, payouts, event results, or any related matters. This rule also applies to minors (under 18) and their parents.
- A bet is canceled if it is placed on an event with a known outcome (e.g., the event has concluded, but results have not yet been updated).
- The Mercy Rule applies when a game ends early because one team has gained an overwhelming advantage in goals, points, or scores. The specific score margin for enforcing this rule is set by the event Organizer for each competition.
- SP (Starting Price) refers to the odds at the beginning of a race, calculated as the average of odds offered by event organizers before the race starts. If a competitor withdraws before an event and a new SP market is not formed, all bets on that competitor will be void (settled at odds of 1.00).
- Bets on regional championships (football, futsal, hockey, etc.) are settled within 10 days of result publication on the official websites listed in the “Main Sources of Information” section.
- If a team fails to show up, all bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (refund). In this case, the non-participating team is considered to have forfeited the game.
